Welcome to www.bostonfootpain.com (the “Site”), a website operated by Boston Foot and Ankle Biologics, LLC ( “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you’re reading this, you know that our Site provides users with an opportunity to learn more about foot pain management and our foot pain management services. We know you are concerned about your privacy, so we developed this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how we collect, use, and disclose information from and/or about you.
We take your privacy seriously, and we want you to know how we collect, use, share and protect your information. So we are clear about the terminology we are using, when we use the phrase “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean contact information (e.g., name, address, email address, or telephone number) and any other non-public information that is used or intended to be used to personally identify an individual. When we use the phrase “Anonymous Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean information that is neither used nor intended to be used to personally identify an individual.
The terms and conditions of use policy, and the privacy policy, identify what users of bostonfootpain.com (“Users”) can expect from this site, and what we expect from Users. By accessing any areas of this site, Users are deemed to have accepted Boston Foot and Ankle Biologics, LLC terms and conditions of use, and this privacy policy identified throughout bostonfootpain.com.
The Site is not directed to children and children are not eligible to use our Site. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. We are closely affiliated with Complete Pain Care, LLC, The Center for Morton’s Neuroma LLC and the Boston Stem Cell Center, LLC (our “Affiliates”) and we may share any information you provide us with these affiliates for the uses stated above.

You can opt out of receiving certain communications from the Site such as our newsletter by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email or emailing us at [email protected]. Please note that even if you unsubscribe or opt-out, we may still send you Site, service and product related communications (e.g., emails related to your comments).
If you filled out a contact form, we may disclose certain Personal Information to our internal staff or medical staff or the staff of our Affiliates in order to respond to you. Forms that you fill out or email communications that you send to us via the email links on our site may be shared with a customer service representative, employee, medical expert, agent or representative from one of our Affiliates that is most able to address your inquiry. We make every effort to respond in a timely fashion once communications are received. Once we have responded to your communication, it is discarded or archived, depending on the nature of the inquiry. Your email address may be added to a newsletter list and then you will receive an additional request to opt-in. If you do not opt-in or you choose to opt-out you will not hear from us.
